Please note that this is Level 1 of a two-part program. However, it is a standalone course on its own, and you’ll learn powerful breathing techniques. Level 2 covers more advanced techniques, and will be taught in the Sole Circle in the Fall of 2024 to coincide with autumn being the season of the Lungs. Level 2 is available to Sole Circle members, but students who purchase the Level 1 course will also be given the opportunity to enroll in Level 2.
