The videos in this course are from the online  workshop taught live in September 2023 in the Sole Circle. The workshop recording has been lightly edited to create a standalone course. 

Please note that if you suffer from chronic insomnia, there aren't "five points" to press that will instantly eliminate your symptoms. Some of the points that you'll learn may have an immediate effect, or it may take more time to experience the benefits. It depends on one's body constitution, age, current health and lifestyle. 

Chinese Medicine is about restoring balance and harmony in the body. This takes time, and is worth the investment. Instead of a temporary solution, strengthening and harmonizing your body leads to better sleep over time, and also leads to improvement in your overall health and vitality.
